How do I learn the Alexander Technique?

You are an active part of the solution, rather than a passive recipient of a therapy. Through re-evaluating everyday movements, you learn how to overcome body habits that are creating any physical problems you may be experiencing. The result is that you are more conscious of how you are using your body in everyday activites, so that you can function with balance and ease.

It is primarily taught in private one-hour lessons. Kris works with clients as a personal movement coach, assisting students in knowing what is helpful and what is harmful for the body. Kris helps students to make smart choices for their bodies, so that pain, stress, and tension are reduced or eliminated. Kris also offers introductory workshops and group classes.
